A group of locals interested in real estate (investing, rentals, flipping) that share knowledge, tips, and lessons learned.

For the first 15 minutes or so is networking time, so feel free to chat and get to know fellow attendees. Next there is a speaker to share on various topics related to real estate investing. After the speaker finishes there is a time for questions and more networking.

Please order food and drinks from the Lawrence Beer Co. staff between 7:00pm and 7:15pm. This helps us keep the meeting on schedule.
