For the first 15 minutes or so is networking time, so feel free to chat and get to know fellow attendees. Next there is a speaker to share on various topics related to real estate investing. After the speaker finishes there is a time for questions and more networking.

Please order food and drinks from the Lawrence Beer Co. staff between 7:00pm and 7:15pm. This helps us keep the meeting on schedule.
